This website is provided for information about AKL HandyBuild services. The information is offered in good faith and updated from time to time, but no warranty is given that it is complete or free of errors.
Prices given based on photographs, phone or email descriptions are estimates only. A final written quote is provided after a site visit or when the full scope of work is confirmed. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
If additional or unforeseen work is discovered once a job is underway, this will be discussed with the customer and quoted or estimated before the additional work is carried out.
Restricted Building Work, licensed electrical, plumbing, gasfitting and other specialist work is carried out only by appropriately qualified and licensed contractors. Where an LBP is required, an appropriately licensed practitioner will be engaged.
Payment terms are set out on individual quotes or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within seven days of completion.
