Photographs you send are used to understand the work required and to record the condition of the property before and during a job. Photographs are not published, shared publicly or used for marketing without your prior permission.
Your information is accessed only by AKL HandyBuild and, where a specific job requires it, by any qualified trade coordinated on your project (for example, a licensed plumber). It is not sold or provided to third parties for marketing.
Enquiry details and photographs are retained for a reasonable period to allow follow-up quotes, warranty questions and job records. If you would like your information deleted, contact us and we will remove it unless a legal or insurance record needs to be kept.
